Bronze body casting for 2 " Norris-type English wood filled plane Steel Sole

Description: Bronze casting to make a plane on the lines of the English wood-filled planes made by Norris in the 1800s. Usually filled with hardwood. A project to make a replica of a classic, expensive plane useful for working with difficult grain hardwoods. The casting has been partially finished. The sole has a steel insert. All remaining finishing could be done by hand. The overall width of the casting is 2 1/2. It will take a 2" blade and lever cap. I have one 2" bronze hold-down piece available, please see my eBay item 133453111744 There are three castings available, A, B and C. They are individually cast and the weights vary slightly but they are similar otherwise, please see photos of the details. Weights about 1300g to 1400g Please say which one you would like when ordering.
