Description: This is a very rare Christmas Issue in the Captain Marvel Jr. series from 1943 that includes Shazam dressed up as Santa. It was produced with one staple like many issues of the time (to preserve metal for the war effort) and the cover has since come detached from that single staple as you'll see in the photos. Despite that, the interior pages are solidly attached to each other and still look great. The cover has general wear and foxing but for a comic from the Golden Age it has held up pretty great. See photos for details. This is a good opportunity to get an affordable key Christmas Issue from the Golden Age of comics. I am not a professional grader by any means so please look at the pictures and judge the condition for yourself. Ive tried to provide multiple pictures and to help you evaluate and all comics are sold as is. All comics are polybagged and on an acid free board. I will ship this comic with the utmost protection (Gemini mailers whenever possible) and as quickly as possible. Thank you for looking!
