You have to push the Lens cover vert well to the back and maintain your hand on it to let the camera works. *** The Lens cover is broken from the bottom ( picture 11 ) *** The camera is broken ( picture 17 ) *** The plastic around the Lens barrel is catted ( pictures6 & 7).
