Description: Up for sale is a Rare Pup Named Scooby Doo Original Hand Painted Production Cel hand signed by Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera.I was told these were purchased in the late 80's early 90's at a studio auction.They came professionally framed since new.All looks to be in pristine condition. It has the official Hanna Barbers Original Hand-Painted Production Cel seal #12804 on the lower right. The cel measures about 11.75" by 8.75".
