It has two patch pockets and some additional pockets inside one of which is zippered for wallet or cell phone. The back is classic plain as shown. There are no defects/scratches/stains/tears. The outside and inside are really beautiful. It’s got that just worn in feel. But its also got years of wear left. The leather is really soft and the craftsmanship is awesome as it was made years ago and is still in excellent shape. Grab this item for the coming crisp fall weather. You’ll be able to wear it 3 seasons. It has a light lining but will not be good in dead of winter.
