DESCRIPTION OF THE EASY-OPEN PADLOCK SEAL: Each security seal is a "one use" double-barb seal which snaps (locks) into place and is non-removable without leaving a clear indication of tampering. Each seal is "scored" (has a notch molded into the shackle) allowing the seal to be more easily attached -and- more easily removed by forcefully twisting it off. This type of seal is ideal for "quick access" items such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, narcotics boxes, crash carts, fire alarm pull boxes, emergency shut-off switches - - - due to its quick release / easy-open feature. DIMENSIONS: When closed, the seal measures approximately 1.52" tall. Width at the bottom is 0.915" (just shy of one-inch). The thickest part of the seal is approximately 0.12" where the shackle engages into the seal's body. The inside of the shackle is approximately 0.72" wide by 0.85" tall. The shackle itself measures approximately 0.065" thick by 0.09" wide (the widest part of the shackle is the part that "locks in").
