Vtg Beautiful Glass Lamp Base Hand Painted Peacocks Art Nouveau For Fix

Description: Really awesome handpainted lamp base. This is made of glass and was painted quite beautifully with peacocks and grapes, has a nice art nouveau vibe. I do not know age of this piece. There is a collar on the top that looks to be spelter with a copper finish. It could be a marriage but it looks original to the base. So that puts this probably from 1950s or prior. Should be an easy one to make into a lamp. There is a clear and direct path through top to the base… please see pics. Lamp was handpainted beautifully. Most of the paint is intact but around the “waist” there’s some paint flaking off. You can see that in the pictures so please look at them. The paint is also crackling in that region. Please see pics I don’t see any chips or cracks. The base part of this may have a couple paint peels as well but nothing as overt. Please see my pictures to get the gist. I didn’t want to throw this away as this is such a beautiful piece of art. This has a ton of potential! You could turn this into a stain glass Tiffany shade style lamp if so inclined. The base is wide and lamp base is heavier. Please see pics. Base measures 8” diameter. Lamp base is approximately 13.5” tall. As is as described as pictured. Questions? Please feel free to ask!
